Returing Policy
Your satisfaction with Bloom Skin and Laser's ASAP skin care products is our priority. However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we have established the following guidelines for returns.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
· Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
· Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
· Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the item arrived defective or damaged, or there was an error in your order. Please note that individual sensitivity (e.g., allergic reactions) does not qualify as a defect unless the product was contaminated upon arrival.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
· Please provide your order number, a photo of the damage/defect, and a description of the issue.
· We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, once the return is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
